1. PLEASE READ THIS REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE ON HUBNODE.COM
This document is intended to be used as a supplement to the Hubloop OÜ Terms and Conditions, which together constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hubloop OÜ.
By making a purchase or an exchange you certify that you have read, understood, and agree with this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy covers the following purchases:
- Skins
- Credits
which all together referred to as “Products”.
2. WHEN ARE PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
You have a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period to cancel and return purchases made online for any reason.
- The cooling off period doesn’t apply to certain purchases, including plane and train tickets, concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations, goods that are personalised, online digital content that has been downloaded, or goods bought from a private individual.
YOU MAY REQUEST FOR A REFUND UPON THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
The Product was not received. Please keep in mind, that:
We start processing your purchase after your payment has been approved. Normally, it takes seconds to confirm your payment but may take up to 3 days depending on your payment method. You may check the status of your payment in your Hubnode.com account.
If you purchase a skin that is on hold period, you will be able to receive this skin into your inventory only after the expiration of the hold period.
If you have not received the ordered Product for any other reason please contact Hubnode.com Support team by any means stated below. Once we confirm the non-delivery we will proceed with the refund.
Fraudulent transactions. If the purchase was made not by you and your payment credentials were used fraudulently, please contact Hubnode.com Support team by any means stated below as soon as possible. We will investigate the case and if the money is still in our system we will proceed with the refund, otherwise, the refund is not possible.
3. WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?
By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase. Depending on your payment method a refund may take up to 45 days. In the event your payment method does not support refunds, we will credit the amount of the refund to your Hubnode balance.
